Schedule Overview
This membership type is where a lot of members start if they want to give Gym Pods a trial run. You are not locked in and can cancel anytime. Credits can be used on standard and after hours.
Flex Membership

1 credit is worth a 30 minute booking/reservation. Credits expire monthly if not used. You can upgrade to a loyal/dedicated membership if you need access to peak hours.
This membership type is ideal to use as a trial membership or for people who only need the space occasionally (such as to create content). Most members upgrade to the loyal membership after a month.

Once you use the 2 credits that are free with your membership, you can book additional time as needed at the following rates:
Standard Hours (5AM to 11Pm): $10.00 per 30 minute booking.
Peak Hours (5PM to 8PM): $15.00 per 30 minute booking.
After Hours (11PM to 5AM): $5.00 per 30 minute booking.

Casual Membership
This membership type is great for people who want to workout after hours because you will have unlimited access to after hours (at no charge). Credits can be used on standard and after hours.

This membership comes with 8 free credits. 1 credit is worth a 30 minute booking/reservation.
This membership is great for people who want to workout after hours (between 11PM and 4:59AM) as you get access to after hours for free. That means that even when you use all your credits, you can book an unlimited number of after hours for free.
If you want to unlock access to peak hours, get the Loyal or Dedicated membership.

Once you use the 8 credits that are free with your membership, you can book additional time as needed at the following rates:
Standard Hours (5AM to 11Pm): $8.00 per 30 minute booking.
Peak Hours (5PM to 8PM): $15.00 per 30 minute booking.
After Hours (11PM to 5AM): Free
The app will automatically prompt you to pay for credits once your free credits have all been used.
Credits expire monthly if not used.

Loyal Membership
This membership type is great for someone who is going to workout 2-3 times per week for an hour at a time. Your credits can be used on all time blocks (after hours, standard hours, peak hours).

This is our most popular membership as most members find they are able to complete a workout in an hour which enables you to workout 3 days per week for an hour at a time. If you need more time, you can book additional time at a discounted rate.

This membership type is the most cost effective for people who workout 4-5 times per week for an hour or more at a time. You can make reservations up to 6 months in advance.You are able to purchase additional time at a very discounted rate compared to other membership types. Your credits can be used on all time blocks (after hours, standard hours, peak hours).

This membership is ideal for those who workout 4-5 days for an hour or more at a time. Additional time is purchased at the lowest rate for this membership types from $2.50 to $5 per credit.
