  • Most members purchase the Flex membership to try out the space and then upgrade to the Loyal membership. The Flex membership has no commitment and will auto-renew monthly until canceled.

    3. You will book a time and use the app’s check-in feature to get access to the space during your scheduled time

  • We are always monitoring space utilization . We are very mindful and intentional with the number of members we accept at any give time. Our members have no issues finding availability - the average member uses the space for 30 minutes to 1 hour 2-3 times per week.

  • You can book the space for up to 2 hours per day. You can book in 30 minute increments to allow flexibility in the case you only want to workout 30 minutes some days and others where you need a full 2 hours.

  • Power rack, Peloton Bike+, smith machine, hack squat/leg press combo machine, cable machine, hip abductor machine, lunge machine, barbells and bumper plates, free weights, kettlebells and bands. All of our machines are plate loaded (excluding the cable machine). We want to hear your feedback so if there is something you think we should include in the pod, let us know!

  • Absolutely! Just shoot us an email so we can have your guest(s) sign a waiver. A link to the waiver will be emailed to you when you sign-up - it is included in the welcome email.

  • Check out our virtual tour tab to get a quick tour. We don’t offer in-person tours typically since the virtual tour shows the entire space. You can always book a single booking to check the space out before committing to a membership.

  • Yes! We are dog friendly - just make sure you clean up after your furry friend to ensure the space is ready for the next member.

  • We do not charge a penalty for trainers who train their clients in the space. The trainer will hold the membership and ensure that all clients have completed the waiver before using the space.
